We support 3gp, aac, amr, awb, flac, m4a, mka, mkv, mov, mp2, mp3, mp4, mpg, oga, ogg, opus, ts, wav, weba, webm, wma and wmv. You can also transcribe directly by pasting an online video link.
Each uploaded file can be up to 5GB in size and up to 5 hours in length.

For monthly subscriptions, billing occurs one month after your usage date—for example, usage from October 8 will be billed on November 8. For annual subscriptions, billing occurs once a year on your subscription anniversary date.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded to the free tier.

- Monthly subscriptions: If you have not used any transcription minutes during the current billing period, you may request a refund for that billing period.
- Annual subscriptions: We can refund the unused portion of your subscription on a prorated basis, calculated based on the remaining time in your subscription term.

Lite and Plus packages are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase; the Max package is valid for 180 days.

Yes. You can purchase add-on minutes from Settings > Usage.
Add-on minutes are fixed packages for extra usage (Basic $10/500 min, Standard $15/1,000 min, Pro $20/3,000 min). They are available to subscription and LTD users, valid for 90 days, and can be purchased multiple times.
Minutes are deducted from the plan that expires first. For example, if you purchased a Lite one-time package on April 1, 2025 (valid until June 30, 2025) and then subscribed to a Basic monthly plan on April 2, 2025 (which resets on May 2, 2025), the system will deduct from the Basic monthly plan first because it expires earlier than the Lite package.
When your one-time package minutes are used up, the system will automatically switch to your other available plans (if any) or the free plan. You can purchase a new one-time package or subscribe to a plan at any time.
Yes, you can purchase a new one-time package at any time. The new package will coexist with your current package, and the system will prioritize using the package that expires first.
One-time packages are a single payment for a fixed number of transcription minutes valid for 90–180 days. Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually with minutes that reset each billing cycle. One-time packages may be more economical for short-term high-volume needs, while subscription plans may be better for ongoing usage.
